United Healthcare showing wrong deductible on homepage totals

I've been dealing with insurance for a while, so the United Healthcare website isn't anything new to me… but I'm completely baffled and hoping someone can clarify this for me. It seems that the website is showing the wrong deductible amounts.

I had 3 recent claims (out of network) which were partially applied towards my deductible (haven't hit it yet). All my other claims were either covered or applied fully to the deductible, so this is the first claims that are partial-approval for the year. The claim details tells me what percent went towards my deductible, but the totals displayed (summing across all the claims) don't match and don't seem to correlate to any other numbers in the breakdown.

I was going to post a screenshot but can't seem to add the image in here. So here are the numbers & what I'm seeing:

Totals displayed (on homepage, and multiple other pretty charts) — Deductible: Applied $2,111.11 / 5,400. Remaining Balance: $3,289

But in the claims breakdown, it looks like this.

Claim Towards Deductible Non-Covered Expenses Total Amount Owed Claim 1 131.68 263.32 395.00 Claim 2 126.46 22.54 149.00 Claim 3 126.46 22.54 149.00 … many other claims where everything was covered 1,425.99 0 1,425.99 TOTALS 1,810.59 308.40 2,118.99

I haven't hit any of my deductibles yet, so I owe the total amounts on each of these claims. That's expected. (This is an HDHP plan). And these are out-of-network deductible numbers, in case it matters. But I just can't understand why the homepage totals aren't aligned.

According to the numbers above, it should say $1,810.59 applied to deductible, not $2,111.11.
And even if I'm misunderstanding the chart and it really shows Total amount owed, that would be $2118.99, not $2,111. (But why would it show Total Amount Owed, which includes non-covered expenses??)

Anyone able to help clarify? I'm leaning towards just assuming that their site is messed up but that would be rather irritating…
