United Healthcare premium debacle? Anyone else?

So I have a UHC policy via healthcare.gov (yes I'm not proud of it, but due to the job market)… that said I pay my premium at the first of the month (manually – not on auto-pay) and it sends me a confirmation number and email right after I paid it. For May 2024, I got the email on May 2'nd saying all was paid and it gave me my confirmation number.

Around the middle of the month, May 14th, I get an email that states my premium wasn't paid. I call, get placed to an overseas call center, and explain to them I paid it, I have the email and confirmation number, and the call center can't seem to sort it out. The confirmation number they give me when paid must not be what they can trace internally? They seem so confused and out of touch with my scenario.

Has anyone else paid the premium, then a few weeks later you get a notice saying nothing was paid? Surely I am not the only one. This is not a situation where the funds aren't available, it's linked to an account with substantial cash. So I am clueless here.
