Understanding why my EOB says UHC paid $0 for Optumrx?

I’m not originally from the US, so please excuse me if some of this sounds weird. I’m currently insured with United through my university. When I check claims, it shows a list of previous prescriptions or treatments I received.

A few months ago, I was prescribed pretty expensive anti nausea medication ($60 at the till). This was done through the free telehealth option they provide. On my claims, it says my name, provider (Optumrx), service date, explanation of benefits date (n/a), and status (processed). It also includes the amount claimed and how much was paid.

I’m worried because it says amount “claimed”: ~$500 and then under “paid” it says $0. Does this mean I owe what has been claimed? I have received no statements in the mail, when I click on view EOB it just shows the payee address and name. No details about if I owe anything. I was wondering if they paid $0 because Optumrx is owned by United so they don’t even have to negotiate.
