Trying to figure out the best option

I'm in open enrollment and have 4 different plan options. I'm considering the cheapest PPO and a CDHP. I expect to reach my OOP max pretty early in the year under either plan, mostly due to an expensive prescription drug. I get copay assistance that is counted toward the deductible and OOP max. My other big healthcare expense is regular therapy.

The PPO would have no premium charge to me. the deductible is $1000 and the OOP max is $3500. The deductible would not apply to the therapy ($30 copay) or prescription.

The CDHP would also have no premium cost, but I would get $200/month from my employer in the HSA. The deductible is $3300 and the OOP max is $4200.

I am going to check on the drug coverage and copay assistance, but assuming I will still get the copay assistance and it will still apply to the deductible/OOP, it seems like a no brainer to get the CDHP because I will get the $2400 from my employer to offset most of the OOP max. I understand that the other downside is that I will have to pay full price for the therapy until the deductible is met.

Just want to make sure I'm not missing something. I'm not super familiar with CDHPs and have never had one.
