Trying to decide between to plans. Am I missing something?

I’ll preface this by saying that I know about as much (or as little, rather) about health insurance as the average Joe. That said, bear with me here.

I’m married with no kids, and we’re trying to decide between my plan and my spouse’s plan. We both take daily prescription drugs, use therapy fairly regularly, and have pretty regular doctor visits. No major health issues or anything too unusual. I made a simple table comparing the two plans here: https://imgur.com/WtOHYX8
It seems like my employer’s plan (Plan #2 in the screenshot) is overall more expensive at the end of the day than Plan #1 (my wife’s plan), even considering that the HSA employer contribution ($5,800) essentially cancels out the deductible ($5,800). The dental insurance and vision insurance costs are also much higher than those of Plan #1.
I’m trying to figure out which plan makes the most sense for us, but I feel like I’m missing something. Is there some benefit of the much more expensive plan that I should be considering when weighing my options? Otherwise, it seems like Plan #1 would save a few thousand dollars annually.

Let me know if I can provide any additional information.

Thank you!
