Trouble getting provider to bill insurance

I was in the ER Dec 28, 2023. I got a bill texted to me by the physicians association for that visit. This was in about March of this year. I checked my EOB’s and didn’t see it on there. I tried contacting the physicians association which was very difficult. There was no contact info on the bill. So I googled the association and called. The lady that answered was like “how did you get this number?” (After I told her why I was calling) I told her google. She transferred me to the “right” number. And they told me the billed regence not Premera or something so it didn’t go through. They said they’d fix it and send it again to my correct insurance. Told me to ignore the bill and like wait 8 weeks. So I did.

Then I started getting the same bill again and still wasn’t showing on my EOB. I called and left a message and sent a message through their portal (idk if either of these are correct). No response. Any suggestions? I mostly find it difficult that the actual bill doesn’t have any contact info and that I’ve only received it via text.
