Trouble finding orthopedic oncologist in network

I'm 23, I live in the DFW area in Texas, I have a pre-tax income of around $60,000 yearly, and I have an HMO Connect plan with Cigna. I will explain my whole situation just for context in case it helps:

For whatever reason, I didn't actually have a PCP on file when I first got my insurance. A few months in, my long lasting arm pain issues got worse and I had extremely painful shoulder pain, so I finally went to an orthopedist; after viewing my issues, he said he would refer me to an orthopedic oncologist. A week later, I got a call telling me I had to set a PCP, but I had never been to a suitable doctor, so I made my first appointment with a family doctor for a checkup and to have them be my PCP.

They said they would process the referal, so I waited almost 2 weeks. When I called them, they told me that they actually would not refer me, since my insurance did not require a referral, and they asked me to find some in network to go to. I went to the myCigna website, but it unfortunately does not have a category for orthopedic oncologist. I called just an orthopedist, and they kindly told me about two colleagues that were orthopedic oncologists. One was clearly out of the network, but I called the other since I couldn't tell for sure. They told me I needed a referral, so I called my PCP and they sent one. A week later, I got a call informing me that the oncologist I had just been referred to was also out of network.

During that time, I've also gotten on the phone with Cigna several times asking for help finding orthopedic oncologists, but since the exact specialist profession isn't tracked in their servers seemingly, they aren't able to help me other than just recommending I call doctors. I've gone through Google, searching through many pages of results of orthopedic oncologists, and seemingly none are in network. Additionally, I've searched through orthopedic doctors and oncologists listed in myCigna to see if any are also listed as being orthopedic oncologists on their websites, and haven't found any so far. I'm feeling very lost.

TLDR I'm not sure how to find orthopedic oncologists nearby other than Google, and have not been able to find any in network; Cigna and my PCP have not been able to help and basically defer the work to me. Is there any better way to search or some service I should be using?
