Thinking of switching from HDHP to PPO. Is it worth it?

I am hoping to get some studies done this year and am thinking about switching my husband and I from HDHP to PPO. I am not really sure exactly what I’ll end up getting done but I’m thinking gastroenterologist, gyno, and bloodwork to name a few. I’m wondering if it’s worth the extra $127/bi-weekly to change to a PPO or do a HDHP and put more money into our HSA. I’ve charted below where they differ.
