The Endless PPO vs HDHP debate, which would you choose?

This is for family coverage. We can afford to the OPM up front on day 1 of coverage if needed, so that is not the issue. Last year we spent around $6000 and our OPM was $12,700. We maxed out our HSA and the employer contributed $1000. The plan has basically stayed the same for HDHP. We have two kids, three family members who see specialists. I also have a question on the 0% Member Coinsurance on the HDHP. How is the OPM $12700 if you have 0% coinsurance after the deductible is met? Is that for like thousands of dollars in RX copays?
