The American Worker Vs ACA marketplace plan

Hello, I'm a trans girl who got a job working part time at a local grocery store in eastern Pennsylvania. I currently have Medicaid and my income is below the MAGI threshold so I can keep my health insurance for now, but I'd like to plan for the future. Unfortunately I won't be able to quality for MAWD as I have more than $10k in assets via an inheritance. My workplace offers health insurance via The American Worker. I have fairly high healthcare needs because of some neurological and cognitive issues along with retinopathy of prematurity, so I'm at high risk of going blind at any time and need to be regularly monitored by specialists. So, I also have a small business that right now doesn't make any money, but I really want to try and grow it. What route should I take? Ignore company provided health insurance and go with an ACA plan or sign up for my employee health insurance via The American Worker once my income exceeds the Medicaid income limit?
