Telehealth Billing/cost

I have a telehealth visit coming up and literally all I want to do is ask questions about a test result I got. Which I feel like should be included with the test, but whatever.

I'm on my parents insurance and I was hoping to pay without insurance so they don't find out but I wanted to find out how much that costs. I know that I can fill out a form so that stuff won't get sent to my parents, but I'm worried it won't be received and processed in time. The doctor can't tell me how much it costs without insurance and the insurance company can't tell me how much it costs without a procedure code but the doctors office is closed. And once I give them that tomorrow, I still might not know in time!

If I bill the insurance and it shows up on a bill at my parents house, what will it say? If it only says telehealth, maybe I should use insurance and just tell them something different.

Also does anyone know how much a telehealth visit literally just to ask questions about a result would cost? I know it's impossible to know but I just need a ballpark so I'm not shocked that it costs $1000 or something
