Surgery on last day of prior Authorization, but inpatient stay extending past it?

I have Amazon cobra premera anthem aka blue card ppo network. Can't call bc insurance says they are not open for this holiday!!! Called and it says they are closed!!

I have surgery on the 3rd of September, and my prior auth for this surgery is also expires on 9.3. 24 which means it's the last day. I had previously called insurance and they said the surgery being on the last day was valid for coverage. How've I forgot to ask about the inpatient stay stemming from this surgery where I will enter inpatient hospital status on 9.4.24 and stay for 4 days. Obviously entering on the day of prior auth and stay 3 days past it.

Would the inpatient be covered? The hospital is in network and the prior auth is for this surgery and this hospital, but what about the days past it?? Since surgeon is put of network we have to get reimbursement but the more expensive hospital Stay and operating room fees are covered, but what about the fact some of the stay extends past??

I am covered thru cobra thru next few month so that's not an issue.
