Surest Copay Cost
I have had surest for 3 years and loved it until 2025. I get Botox for migraines and this new “care scoring” system is flawed. My neurologist copay for my tx went from 180$ to 1300$. (They are still in network). When I search the treatment in the app the only affordable providers are a diabetic foot clinic (obviously not going there for migraines), ankle surgery center, and a specific physical therapist? None of the providers would treat my condition. This new care score made all neurologist have super high co-pays and I noticed it’s the same for other things as well. Something else of note- I picked all these providers based on what surest has preferred over the last 3 years. Something is wrong with this care score system- not sure who to even talk to about it. But it is affecting my care and I’m sure it will affect others care as well. This isn’t just a slight increase due to premium however they are ranking these providers due to care score is not right and giving options that don’t make sense. Be aware and check all providers even if you had surest last year- cost is changing majorly
