Support-Im new to the US and I don’t understand anything

So I move to the US back on September as a transfer from my company.

I’m new to all this US healthcare system and need some guidance. I have tried speaking with the “focal” from the company but honestly she is next to worthless and just send me to speak with someone in my insurance.

I have Cigna through my work. I know it’s a HDHP and the plan is called Open Access Plus. With that being said I know each company hires like a-la-cart so what I have might not be the same as other.

Now to the point – I have high blood pressure (congenital) and risk of diabetes (still good on my AC1 lvls but have all the risk factors one could have)

Back in my original country before moving my Primary Physician (my cardiologists) was about to give me ozempic for this as he considers I needed to lose weight “fast” to prevent me developing diabetes or making my high blood pressure issues worse but I moved before starting all the process. (Am 5’6” and 180 pounds) and pretty sure I’m even heavier right now.

What should I do to start all this process in the US? I still have all my medical test that were done in Mexico from my annual check up (ECG, UltraSounds, bloodwork, etc)

Sorry if the question gets asked a lot in here but in seriously confused. My other option is going back to Mexico and continue the process there but if I’m living here… well, I would prefer to start developing history in here.
