Super confused on how to choose insurance

Hi all! 24f and I haven’t really seen a doctor since I was in middle school. I finally have a job that offers insurance but I have no clue exactly what all I’ll need. I know there’s probably shots I don’t have but will need, I need an inhaler for my asthma, and I need birth control coverage. I would also like to explore being seen about mental health things. My job is offering a HDHP plan with Aetna $58 per pay period(2 weeks)- $5000 deductible per individual (10,000 for families but it’s just me so I don’t think that counts?), 10% coinsurance in network and 40% out. Most of the copays say something like “10% after deductible” which I’m assuming means I pay until the deductible is met and then the 10% kicks in?

The other option is POS High Premium for $135 per pay period. This one still offers a $5000 deductible and coinsurance is the same. It looks like most things are covered with this one but this one has a flat copay of $40-60 with hospital services still 10% after deductible. I’m super lost in choosing, I think the second is best for me but the price has me second guessing. I’m a college student and could use the extra money but I don’t want to neglect my health to save money either

ETA: I don’t feel confortable putting my zip code but I’m located near Atlanta Georgia. I make $15 an hour which would be probably around $25,000 annually
