Stuck in between Cobra and ADP and worried I’m about to go without insurance for a month during a high risk pregnancy. Any advice?

I have Cobra through Wex, and it is expiring after 18 months at the end of September. My husband's company health insurance is managed by ADP, and for me to be added as a dependent to his insurance, they require a letter from Cobra/Wex stating that my insurance will end at the end of September.

Wex says that they do not give such letters, and the only thing I can use is the original document that I got from them when I signed up for Cobra in March 2023, stating my Cobra will end in 09/2024. ADP says this doesn't suffice because it doesn't prove that I kept Cobra this whole time and it's now expiring.

Wex says they will send a letter 7 days after 9/30, confirming that Cobra ended on 9/30. ADP says that my insurance on my husband's plan will only become effective the 1st of the month following the date they get the letter, meaning insurance can't be retroactively dated to start on 10/1.

I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and can't go without insurance for the month of October. Wondering if anyone has any advice? I try talking to supervisors and I'm getting nowhere.
