Hi yall,

I (26F) had free coverage through Minnesota care last year and it was extended due to covid. My coverage is ending on 5/31. My employer is a small business, and they don’t offer coverage, but they reimburse me $215 every month. My husband’s employer doesn’t offer any health insurance.

I have to enroll in a plan, and I am really stressed about it. I know the basics of health insurance, but it seems like everything is so god damn expensive.

Any recs for anything that may be able to help with coverage costs? I just did a quick Google search and came across Mira. Seems okay, but I’m curious if it’s legit.

I take vyvanse, but will probably have to switch to adderall because I won’t be able to afford vyvanse. My husband takes montelukast (generic for singulair) and he has an albuterol inhaler. I’d like to get my husband to be able to see an allergist, but other than that he doesn’t really go to the Dr. I’d like to keep up with my weekly mental health therapy sessions, but I’m not picky about how I receive it or who I see.

I’m in MN.

Any advice help greatly, thanks.
