Staying in a different state than where I have my health insurance.

Hello friends, I’m kind of panicking right now because I’m realizing that I might be in a real pickle and I’m not sure how I can get out of it or what to do. I’m currently working on finding a therapist but I’ve been traveling and I think I may have found someone but I’m not currently in the state where my health insurance is. I want to do Telehealth, but I know there are rules about where therapists can and can’t practice even if they are seeing someone via Telehealth. I’m not sure if I’m staying here so I don’t want to switch my insurance, and here it would be probably a lot more difficult to find consistent and high quality care, which is really important to my wellbeing. How do I approach this situation? Should I ask the therapist about it and risk losing her? Do I just tell her I’m traveling and hope she understands? Specific ideas about how to approach it would be helpful. Please be kind as I know this is a difficult situation and I’m trying my beat. Thanks in advance!
