So this is a bit of a long story, but I'm trying to figure out the right answer here.

So for context I'm 19, female, and live in Indiana with my mom and stepdad. I have anthem health insure from my dad's insurance. My mom and dad split 2 years ago. He is required to carry me on his insurance til I'm 26, or I get married (I think)

My mom is convinced he's responsible for my co-pays (obgyn, psychiatry, and GP appointments all have a copay of 25, urgent care is 50). I had to go to urgent care the other day, and I paid my own copay. When I told her that, she told me I needed to ask my dad for the money back. This is where we disagree

I think I'm responsible for my own copays. I'm an adult, and I don't think he's required to pay them. She thinks he is. I know he won't give me the money unless he has to, and I don't really expect him to, but I want to know if he's supposed to be paying them. So who is technically responsible for co-pays in this instance? Me, my dad, or even possibly my mom?
