Someone help me make a decision?

Hi Redditors,

I am in need of help! My job will be changing insurance from BCBS to Aetna at the beginning of the year. Currently, I am 11weeks pregnant and will give birth in April. I really like the plan I have now BCBS $0 deductible 3k out of pocket max. It's a PPO plan. Also, my employer pays for the insurance so nothing comes out of my check. I'm a bit weary of the EPO because what if the medical staff in the operation room are out of network. also, my new OB claims they don't take Aetna EPO but the PPO.

The new choices I have now with Aetna is;

Aetna EPO $0 deductible 3k out of pocket max No our of network coverage Everything else covered 100% No coinsurance 15/35 copaya

OR

Aetna Open Access PPO $500 deductible 3k out of pocket max 40% coverage for out of network 20% coinsurance in network 25/40 copays

Thanks for taking the time to help. I really want to make a damn decision and move on.
