Small business insurance with good habilitative services coverage

I 33/f shopping for 2023 health insurance for my small business in Texas. My 2 year old son has a disability and needs weekly speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. My daughter also receives weekly speech and occupational therapy. I am searching for a plan that specifically allows at least 35 physically therapy visits, 35 occupational therapy visits, and 35 speech therapy visits in a year. The United plan I selected last year was supposed to have unlimited speech, 35 PT sessions ,and 35 OT sessions, but we got burned pretty bad by Optum and they only honored ~28 sessions of OT and PT.

How do I get into the weeds on each plan I’m considering to see what specific habilitative services are covered? The summary of benefits is very vague. For example, for BCBTX plan P9K3CHC, it just says “separate 35-visit maximum per benefit period for habilitation and rehabilitation services”.

Please help! We pay out of pocket for each therapy session that is not covered by insurance. It is $120 per session, and my children are in 5 sessions a week. It is obscenely expensive and I just want a policy that will help cover some of the cost.
