Should I join by husbands plan or stay on my own?

Which health insurance

I am looking for some guidance on health insurance and which would be the best option for my family. My husband and son are on his health insurance currently. We have had a few ER visits with my son we are close so 50% of the deductible. He has not seen a doctor yet but my husband just suffered a knee injury and will likely need surgery which I’m guessing will put us at the deductible after everything is said and done. The other portion of this is I am expecting our second baby in September. I am currently insured through my employer and pay zero dollars monthly for my coverage. Would it be more cost effective to jump over to my husbands plan? We would be paying more monthly but would hit our deductible and max out of pocket quicker or should I stay on my own but have two max out of pockets we would need to cover?

Husband and Son —- Deductible $3300 Max out of pocket $12000 Currently at 50% if deductible before husbands knee appointment Insurance premium $151

Me —- Deductible $2800 Max of of pocket $7500 Currently at 40% of deductible Co insurance 40% Insurance premium $0 (I believe bc my employer pays for my monthly coverage amount)

Costs for me to join husbands —- Waiting to hear back from his employer
