Self Employed Need Insurance for Myself and Spouse

Hello, hope you are all well. I'm a 34 yr old male with no previous medical/psych history and my wife is a 28 yr F. I'm self employed and don't have any health insurance for either of us and wanted to see what kind of insurance would be recommended for out situation. At this time, we're both relatively healthy with no chronic conditions and fairly healthy lifestyle. At least for the next 1-2 years we don't expect too many healthcare visits, maybe just a routine checkup at most. I understand we should still have insurance in case of emergency or unexpected crisis or any other unforeseen medical expense that is unlikely but would ruin us financially if occurred. In this case, what is the minimum kind of health insurance plan you would recommend? Just something to cover emergencies and worst case scenarios for a year or 2 (at least until I get insurance from an employer eventually) Thanks so much for your help, it's much appreciated.
