Scam "Personal Representative" Email from United HealthCare?

I recently received an email from "United HealthCare". I'm not enrolled with them.

The email was titled "You have been designated as a Personal Representative", and advised that my longtime companion had done so. The email provided a couple of hyperlinks for me to register and login to my "Personal Rep Account". I didn't click on them.

The issue here is, my companion died just over a year ago. She did have medical coverage with UHC.

Out of curiosity I checked her old email account, and found an email dated the same date, also from "United HealthCare", titled "Your recent account changes", which named me correctly and confirmed the information in the email *I* received. The email also included a hyperlink to "Manage Access", which I didn't click.

I noted that unlike these two emails, everywhere else I've looked on the web for United Healthcare – including their proper website – the "C" in Healthcare is not capitalized.

Both emails list a phone number for inquiries of "1-844-585-1471". Web search results are mixed; google doesn't immediately ID it as UHC but the same number shows up on a couple of older United Healthcare publications, from 2021.

Has anyone else had this happen?
