Recommendations for Short-term Health Insurance in MA for International Students

I just graduated from college (23M) in MA, going to Switzerland for my Masters. I am currently under my school health plan that expires 7/31. There's about a gap of two weeks at the start of August before I head to Switzerland from the US where I will not have health insurance. Any advice?

The student health insurance plans in Switzerland generally cannot start coverage until I enter the country, which is about mid-August.

COBRA does not apply, because the student health insurance plan of the college is not employer's health insurance.

My family are US citizens residing long-term outside of the US. My parents do not have health insurance in the US. They stopped my health insurance after I came to the US since I was under the school health insurance plan. Since it is a national health insurance plan, I think you need to pay three months of health insurance premiums before the insurance starts cover. Therefore, health insurance from my home country is not an option.

I currently reside in MA, which does not provide short-term health insurance plans.
