Recently reviewed my claims with anthem bluecross and have one claim that is not mine. what do I do.

Recently reviewed my claims with anthem bluecross and have one claim that is not mine for 5k.

The claim is from February of this year and it’s not mine.

I’ve called the number on the back of my insurance card and I’ve talk to the claims departmen thrice now.

Every time I call them I get a bit offended they tell me are you sure you didn’t get a procedure on February? Call them they might refresh your mind.

I’m certain I didn’t get a procedure infact i was working that whole week.

They also ask me to call the number on the bill and I express to them that I do not have a bill.

I asked them what the procedure was and all they tell me was a left leg procedure. I’ve never had any issues with my legs.

They then gave me a number a d had me call the place with them on the line but we were unable to get a hold of them.

Im freaking out. I’m I a victim of fraud? What do I do, is thus normal from anthem blue cross I feel like they are not taking care of me.

Please any help. Is there someone else in blue cfoss i should talk to besides claims? I sincerely appreciate it
