Recently moved to a new state. Do I have a choice for when my new ACA exchange plan will start?

I moved on March 28th. My former state's health insurance is ending on May 31st. I already filled out an application on healthcare.gov and was approved for special enrollment. It's a bit unclear though when the plan can start. I'm seeing in some places that I have 60 days to pick a plan (which means I only have a few days left? If I do pick a plan now, the plan will start June 1st).

But my healthcare.gov enrollment portal is showing me this:

For coverage to start on: Confirm your plan by: June 1 May 31 July 1 June 30 August 1 July 30

So, when's the latest I can actually enroll in a plan while still qualifying for special enrollment.

I'd ideally like the plan to start as late as possible since I'm not in an immediate need to go to the doctor and would like to save money on premiums. (I'd hop onto a cheaper short-term plan in the meantime for unforeseen medical issues just in case something happens – but I intend to not use it at all).
