Recently moved, lost insurance, and mentally ill…

There's a lot of details to go over and I apologize if they are not worded well!

I recently moved to Massachusetts and then lost my previous insurance about a week ago. I am also mentally ill and require several medications regularly. I have a therapist and a psychiatrist that I would like to continue seeing, and I have NPI numbers for both of them. I started a new job that does not pay super well, so I applied to see if I qualify for Medicaid, and it appears I do, though they are asking I send in a proof of residence to confirm it. The MassHealth website says that I need to send in this proof with a "Request for Information" letter that they have not sent me, so I'm not sure what to do there. My understanding is that I need a separate private insurance that comes before Medicaid?

My main question is this: how can I best find a plan that will cover my medications and keep my therapist and psychiatrist?

Edit: More information on my condition. I am in my early 20s and was hospitalized at the end of last year (with my previous insurance) for a mental breakdown. I am otherwise healthy. Currently I make minimum wage.
