Questions About Pregnancy Related Coverage if All Blood Tests and Ultrasound Fall Under Same ICD-10 Code

Hello all, I figured I would ask those here who are more familiar with medical billing so a similar situation from the past of being charged 100+ dollars per test doesn't happen again on our upcoming pregnancy related visit.

My wife is in her 2nd trimester of pregnancy and we have orders for the OB/GYN Panel. All tests are labeled under Z34.92 ("Encounter for supervision of normal pregnancy, unspecified, second trimester."). The health insurance BCBS told me different pricing schedules over the phone and seem somewhat incompetent with accurately giving coverage details. The most recent information they gave me sounds the most promising, that as long as the Doctor and Quest bills all of the blood tests in the same claim, they will total to 100 dollars for all tests, rather than 100 dollars each test. That same person also told me that the codes for the ultrasounds will also be charged as 150 dollars, as long as they are grouped into the same claim.

We have nearly 6 different Quest codes, 2 clinic codes, and a total of 9 CPT codes (translated from the Quest and Clinic's internal codes). If these codes are all grouped on 1 claim per clinic (1 claim from the ultrasound clinic, and the other claim from Quest Labs) and with the ICD-10 code of Z34.92, will these be charged as 100 dollars total patient responsibility for all blood tests, and 150 dollars total patient responsibility for the Ultrasound and TransV Ultrasound? Trying to figure out to avoid them adding up to over 1k
