Question on how to stay covered.

I am in a predicament.

I am an FTM trans woman who has Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois through work. I have two gender affirming surgery scheduled AND covered through this insurance. The only problem is I hate my job and don't feel respected or safe there with the people that I work with. The job is at a middle school and some of the people have that I work with (students and parents) are making it really hard to work there with their disdain towards specifically the trans community. I also use to be loved there as a man but that has highly diminished since coming out

I want to quit but I do not want to lose coverage for these procedures, as the bills would be insane for me to pay. I have a facial surgery in less than a month which will be another target against me and I have bottom surgery in December.

If it is any help to answering questions my principal has been amazing and accommodating.

What are my options? How do I get out of this job AND remain covered?
