Question about new plans employer there at us last minute

I’m no insurance wiz, and for the past almost two years I have been on state insurance due to my income/pregnancy. I was just moved up to full time this month, and I’m in the process of updating Medicaid to reassess my income. Pretty sure I’m going to be booted off because I’m probably about $250 over monthly. For now I remain active until they finish reassessing. Lord knows when that will be. My children will still be CHIP/medicaid eligible. My job just decided they were changing insurance carriers and moved to Amerihealth. I was sent the plans and there’s 4 to choose from. The first two being the better of the plans, but they are over 10% of my income so it’s not affordable for me. The lower two plans, one being $105 biweekly, and the last being $32 biweekly are not seeming as if they are the minimum essential coverage. Again, no wiz over here so I’m heading to reddit land so I can get some insight. I’ve been sitting here the last two days trying to gather as much information as I can and I still am getting no where. I would possibly be able to apply through my state’s health insurance site (GetCoveredNJ) for a tax credit, but I’m not sure with my employer offering the lower two plans at being affordable – but do they actually carry the minimum essential coverage? I’m getting mixed answers as some of my fellow coworkers have seemed to apply through GetCoveredNJ. For background, I see a doctor 2-3x a year and am on 2 prescriptions. I’d say I’m on the lower end of usage. It is myself, and my two children (ages 1 and 8) and I have a yearly salary of now $39,000 being full time. That’s also me over estimating a bit. The plan costing about $105 biweekly is Amerihealth EPO $50/$75 $2,500/50% The plan costing $32 biweekly is Amerihealth EPO HSA $2,500/50% $25/$50/$75 Rx

I hope I am making sense and I am just looking for some guidance here. As many of us are I’m still struggling even with this hour increase and I just want to make the smartest decision. Thanks in advance 🤓
