Question about insurance choices. First time!

I’m buying my own healthcare for the first time and I’m torn between two options. There’s a big price difference but I’m assuming that it’s for good reason. I always had blue cross blue shield through my father’s job and worked at a pharmacy for 4 years so I’m pretty familiar with names.

The two I’m between are:

Ambetter from sunshine health – everyday gold $365 premium $750 deductible 35$ primary/urgent care and 55$ specialist $35 outpatient mental health 35% at ER

United Health UHC gold advantage $515 premium $500 deductible $5 primary, $50 urgent care, $50 specialist $30 outpatient mental health $500 copayment at ER

Prescription meds and vision seems to be same for both.

Ambetter is a way cheaper premium but I’ve never heard of them in my life. I’m concerned that if I got that one, that a lot of doctors wouldn’t cover it. I see specialists about once per month, see a therapist once per week, and take regular medications. I plan on asking a few of my doctors if they’ll still be covered under either/how it would change compared to my current plan as well.

Any advice here would be super appreciated! I really don’t know what I’m doing :’)

Age 26, from Florida making around $75k per year.
