Pregnancy without pregnancy coverage

In Missouri. My full time job does not offer health insurance. I was approved for short term for $275 a month with United health care for basics and 5k detuctiable for only 6 months then I have to reapply every 6 months. I was quoted over $650 a month for possible insurance that would cover whatever you need if I were to become pregnant by multiple insurances. THATS TOO MUCH! I do not qualify for government insurance because my household income is too much. I should have never gotten married and I could have gov’t assistance financially. I am against getting assistance unless you NEED IT and not for long term. I don’t want to afford $650 plus and whatever else that isn’t covered a month. No one should have too no matter financial status. Can I use my basic health plan and apply for the hospitals financial assistance? Our system is messed up when it comes to health costs. What do I do so I can feel comfortable with trying to conceive?
