possible identity theft from scam… pls help

Hello everyone! Today I was smoking a cigarette outside of my work in downtown raleigh, when someone approached me and asked if I had health insurance. I do not have health insurance at the moment, but desperately need it for certain things I have going on. The guy said he was with alliance and associates insurance, and I agreed to fill out an application on his work phone, which prompted me to put in various personal information, including my SS number. However, he didn't ask for any payment and i didn't have to submit any of my credit card information on the application. In the email i received shortly after submitting the application, it says

"Thanks so much for submitting in your application for health insurance with one of our agents. You have elected to be enrolled in: Plan Name: Bronze 4: Aetna network of doctors & hospitals + $0 MinuteClinic + $0 CVS Health Virtual Care 24/7 Monthly Premium: $0.00"

Which I find odd it's all $0… did I get scammed or is it legit? Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with this company. if you google the company a website pops up but it's either weirdly outdated or a scam. Also, if you click on member login on the website it directs you to a page that says “coming soon”, so it seems as if it is legit current members can not even sign in which seems fishy. I’ve been researching it for over an hour and am so conflicted because it has a BBB page. Also it's a florida based company and i'm in NC. Pls help
