Please help. Need to choose a health plan for my son and I.

I am a newly self-employed mom, needing to select a plan on the Mass Health Connector Marketplace. My son has special needs and his service providers only take BCBSMA. Within the marketplace, that brings my choices down to four plans.

My current situation:
My son is covered on his dad's plan, which is administered through COBRA. I am paying the premium for this to retain my son's services.

BCBSTX (administered through COBRA)
Premium: about $1050/month
Family Deductible: $5000/year
Max out of pocket: $13,300/year
Paid toward out of pocket maximum: $9,000 (my son has already reached his half of the max)

So the low and high plan options break out like this:
Monthly premium: $909 (=$10916/yr)
Deductible (Ind/Fam): $2850/$5700
Out of Pocket Max (Ind/Fam): $9450/$18900

Monthly premium: $1558 (=$18700/yr)
Deductible (Ind/Fam): $0/$0
Out of Pocket Max (Ind/Fam): $6000/$12000

So, how do I go about figuring out which plan to choose? Do I need to provide more info? Is my frustration palpable?
