Please help me pick a part D drug plan and a dental/vision plan with a high monthly premium

Hi guys and Happy Holidays. I’m new here and I need your help. Here’s my situation so please bare with me.

My mother just turned 82yrs old. She currently has Medi-care as well as a Part C Advantage plan. She wants to get on Medi-Cal but without a share of cost. Right now she makes too much in social security. Starting next month, her monthly SS check will be around $1869 after medicare part A and B deductions. , so we need to lower her income to below the $1565 Medi-cal Share of Cost threshold.

She is over that mark by about $304. My original plan was to opt out of her current part C Medicare Advantage plan and put her on a new supplemental plan with AARP/United. Unfortunately we’ve received a letter from them saying she’s ineligible for coverage due to her medical history(I’m guessing it’s probably her high blood pressure/cholesterol?).

Anyway in light of this, we’ve decided to look for a part D prescription drug plan as well as a dental plan and a vision plan with a fairly high monthly premium. Can any of you suggest a carrier that offers a part D drug plan that’s somewhere around the $200-$300/monthly mark? And then a vision and/or dental plan for around the $100-$150 area? For the vision and dental plans, we’ll be looking for something that covers two people(my mother and myself), so I would expect a higher premium which is the goal here.

Please let me know guys. We really need to get my moms income down below $1565 so she can qualify for Medi-Cal with no SoC(does life insurance count?).
