Please help me decide and understand on California medi-cal coverage.

I’m covered with medi-cal healthnet Sequoia ipa but being told I should switch to medi-cal health plan of san Joaquin. I’m dealing with ongoing health issues I believe may be cancer and my insurance as of now (healthnet Sequoia ipa) is not taken by most specialist in the area to get treatment and a actual diagnosis. If I switch to the other (health plan of san Joaquin) will I be able to be seen and if it’s in fact cancer which insurance will give me best care and coverage? I know my current insurance doesn’t do anything without pre authorization that always takes weeks to get or there’s no providers who accept my insurance or accept new patients so I struggle finding anyone to get into for any issue I have. Dr’s I need are ent and oral surgeon as of now and I’m having to travel 3 -6 hours for the only ones not turning me down. Out of 100s of offices only 3 would be willing to see me. Please help me figure out if the health plan of san Joaquin would be a good switch and would help me get treatment and if they would cover cancer treatments. I’m so scared and unknowledgeable to any of this.
