Plan Suggestions for high stroke risk

I (27/M/IN) recently lost eligibility for Medicaid. I have to take 7 medications a day, 3 of which are name brand. I’m having trouble finding something affordable (<350 a month, free prescriptions preferred but can do 20, MRI <250) . I was born with a narrow vertebral artery which keeps me at high risk for blood clots. I’ve had 2 strokes in the last year. I’m going to run out of blood thinners this month and I’m hoping to find a plan that can enroll me by January at least. I’ve navigated a few options; my work place offers a plan but it is 650 a month, 50 for name brand prescriptions, and 500 for MRI. Going through my states and doctors insurance led me to sign up for many phone calls which overloaded me with info mostly conflicting which makes me believe scammers have gotten involved. Anything helps, trusted sources or plans. I’m really new to doing this on my own and my situation makes it pretty scary for me. Thank you for taking time to read this.
