Pharmacies say that I qualify for government insurance-I don’t.

The first time this happened, a few weeks ago, I was prescribed Brilinta and had to get it from Walgreens. I normally use Amazon pharmacy but had to have it immediately. The hospital gave me a coupon card to get it for $5. Walgreens said that I could not use it because I qualify for government insurance. My husband had gone to pick it up so he didn't do anything and just paid our insurance price for it. I figured it was just a weird glitch. Then the other day, I decided to sign up for Amazon's RxPass since it gives the statin for free. However, they contacted me and said I can't join because I qualify for government insurance. I do not qualify in any way shape or form for any program like that. We have employer healthcare (which I never put on my Amazon account because of high deductible). I called Medicare, state (NE) Medicaid, insurance marketplace, VA. None of them have me in their system. Walgreens and Amazon both told me it just pops in their database and had no advice. How do I correct this? How did this happen?
