Per diem/PRN employee looking for insurance options

I work PRN at two hospitals and though I’m averaging 30-40 hours between the two I’m pretty sure I’m not eligible for their individual health insurance plans. I plan to talk to HR about the possibility of paying a slightly higher premium than normal to get on a plan but I was also looking at maybe just getting catastrophic insurance. For context, I’m 26 with no chronic conditions, no regular medications, zip code is 65201. I rarely go to the doctor. I looked on healthcare.gov and based on how much I’d make they quoted me 300-600 a month for a pretty high deductible (10k average). I started working in July and if I work 40hrs average I’d make about 90k in a full 12 months. Should I be using that 12 month estimated salary even though working 40 hours isn’t guaranteed? Should I use half of that since I’m only working since July? Also, I plan to get a full time job in August of next year since I will be moving to another state that I plan to stay in for a while. Thanks in advance for any advice.
