Pcp keep billing under wrong code, what can I do?

My pcp keeps billing insurance as if he is doing psychotherapy but I see him for 5 or 10mins to follow on my meds and get a monthly scripts.

This incorrect code is triggering a $25 co pay and if they coded correctly I would not have a co pay.

I have been back and forth with insurance many many times and even though insurance resubmits these claims and I show on the insurance app I have a $0 responsibility the office insists I owe this money and have even refused me to to see the Dr unless I made some partial payment.

Changing dr is very difficult for me due to the meds I'm on, my history, and other Dr's in the area having a very long wait to get in and no guarantee they are willing to write my scripts.

I have even looked into reporting this as fraud and balance billing to Medicare and state insurance board as well as insurance but that solves nothing for me because then I could not receive the care I need.

I feel defeated. What can I do?
