Paying employer for health insurance via PayPal

I am admittedly not the best when it comes to taxes, health insurance etc. Sorry in advanced if this is a dumb question. Long story short this is how it works in my company if you have health insurance coverage through them:

Our health insurance cost gets taken out of our paycheck. Most of us are tipped employees therefore we don’t see our paychecks cause they are taxed down to $0.00 So when there isn’t enough money left on our paycheck to cover the health insurance cost we have to send the company the remainder owed via PayPal. While doing my taxes for last year I was wondering if the money we are sending to our company is accounted for in any way. And where would it be on a tax form if it is being accounted for?

I have read a lot of posts and articles and I could just be illiterate when it comes to legal jargon if y’all could break it down for a dumb dumb like me. Thank you! Also sorry if I did the wrong flair as I literally don’t know what half the terms even mean 🥲
