Pacific NW trying to find an inpatient drug rehab that takes medicare

So I am a case Manager for high acuity clients. In short this means they have complex and multiple barriers. A lot of the times this is a mix of disabilities, problems with addiction, and houseless.

A lot of the time to help with their legal issues or just to get them the care they need/want I search for an inpatient drug treatment facility somehwere near Portland (but literally can be anywhere in Oregon.) But all of them take medicaid or private insurance but not Medicare.

And because almost all of them have SSDI they are on Medicare and usually the amount is over the limit to duel card.

So I am wondering If anyone knows of a spot literally anywhere in Oregon (closer to Portland the Better.) Or SW Washington that takes Medicare. (And even better if it is secure residential treatment.

Also if anyone knows of any loop holes or ways I can get people duel card that would be amazing. So much of my work is stopped at this point. I have talked to so many different orgs and people but thought I would try here for one last shot!
