Other options for Individual Health Insurance in MA

Back story: My wife and I retired a few years ago and are too young for Medicare. After COBRA ended we used MA's health connector to get health insurance, everything was fine for the first couple of years. Signed up last year and even though we checked with the Dr's office that they took the plan we were selecting, we got a notification that we had new primary care Docs because the old ones didn't take the new policy (Tufts Direct.) Live and Learn.

We are now shopping for plans for 2024 and are in the same boat. And it seems like the old Dr's office doesn't take any of the plans offered on the health connector site.

Question: Are there other options that I am not seeing to get health insurance? Due to AGI, we probably won't qualify for a subsidy. My wife and I are both healthy and don't foresee any large medical costs in the next year.
