Online Portal Showed I Cancelled My Plan?

I was online doing the reenrollment for Maryland (maryland health connection) and I clicked on the boxes stating that I don’t wish to change my plan for the remainder of 2024 and that I was looking for a plan for ONLY 2025. This was the page where it was telling me about the costs and the credits I’m eligible for. I clicked next and it brought me back to the home page where it showed my health insurance under PREVIOUSLY ENROLLED. I immediately called them freaking out (not yelling I was just crying) because my plan can’t change, and I only JUST hit my medication deductible last month and I’m days away from having to refill my meds. I got moved to a broker to help out but I kept saying I need my old plan reinstated and they weren’t helping me. I call again and again never getting the same answer twice about what to do. The broker I last spoke to even hung up on me telling me she’d call me back and then never called me or texted me again. I sent an email explaining this but I don’t know what they’re gonna do or how long I’ll be stuck waiting.

I take Adderall XR for my adhd and I haven’t been taking it for a week now since I don’t know when I’ll be able to refill it again. I’ve got employment reviews coming up and even another doctors appointment this month, so there’s multiple reasons I need my old coverage back. The medication was $194 without insurance, and I can’t pay that again. I got a letter saying my premium for health insurance would be going from 253 to 349, but my credits only cover 220 next year, so my MONTHLY premium would be going from $0 to $129, with a $1500 deductible and a PCP copay. Why would I have to be paying so much more out of pocket, with less coverage than I’ve ever had.

Is there anything else I can do besides emailing them about the reinstating for this year? And does anyone have any recommendations for plans for next year? I’m 22f, Maryland and make roughly $39k.
