Okay I’m turning 26. I really prefer to keep my current doctors. Where do I start?

I’m turning 26 like in a few days – I know I waited too long for this.

I currently have BCBS PPO. But I tried browsing online but only gave me HMO plans? And like only 2 of my doctors were covered even at the most recommended plan.

I see my primary doctor like once a year, but I have a few specialists I see (again as needed which is usually once a year). I usually end up going to the ER / urgent care once a year because I have a severe food allergy and sometimes I’m exposed to cross contamination.

If I really had to make a decision, my main musts would be:

primary allergist emergency room / urgent care visit.

I do have other issues that I see doctors for including: sleep doctor, spine/ nerve doctor. But these aren’t like ‘must haves’ if I had to choose.

So…. What and where do I start?

It seems like the most affordable options aren’t in network with my doctors (I figured) but it’s like I can’t even find WHICH insurance WOULD cover my doctors?? How do I even browse for plans online that do because every single one is like HMO only plans??

Also how much is normal to pay? Rates were looking $350-450 a month with like a deductible like $8200-9500+ ?????? How does that make sense?
