NOVA / DC Plan Suggestions for Low Deductible for Prescriptions

TLDR- what marketplace insurance plans cover prescription drugs before the in-network deductible?

I (24 male) am on my mom’s health insurance for 2 more years & her company switched from Anthem BCBS to Cigna for their health insurance in September. I am on the Open Access Plus plan. I am peeved at managing the 3k in-network deductible before the shared-plan kicks in (I have 1900 left), and I am nervous about eventually having to eventually visit Urgent Care + PCP appointments bc of what the out-of-pocket costs could be now until I hit the 3k deductible or after.

Are there any insurance plans that cover prescription drugs/anything to where I had to pay a $45 copay for name-brand drugs before? Or is this just Cigna?

**I realize it could be worse + I am fortunate to have health insurance. I also realize that generic instead of name brand exists, but my pharmacy/doctor always has issues with ordering the medication before I run out of my Vyvanse meds**
