Not sure what health insurance plan to choose

I’m in my very early 20’s and just recently began working my first full-time “grownup” job and am having a tough time deciding between two insurance plans: MyConnectedCare ($10 a month off my paycheck) and a high deductible PPO (HSA eligible – $57 off my pay check per month). My employer can match $800 per year for the HSA. I’ve attached a link below with all of the differences and would appreciate any and all advice. I keep hearing great things about HSA’s but if you take a look at the other plan my employer is offering, it sounds very nice and affordable.
