New York plan for out-of-network Coverage?

Hi all, I've posted here a few times and always received sound advice, and wanted to try again.

I have rather severe mental health issues and have been seeing a therapist assigned by my university. She is currently free, but is leaving the university in July, and is only in-network with Aetna, which has no individual or marketplace plans in New York.

I am currently on Healthfirst's Essential Plan 4, which is a no-cost insurance. Healthfirst, along with 6 other providers in New York, provide this plan, all of which have this in common; zero copay for in-network providers, full copay for out-of-network. An additional privilege is I can switch at any time.

I'm looking for a plan in New York that will at least sufficiently cover out-of-network sessions with her and keep the copay under $50 a session, but have no idea which plans are good for that. I've only ever had to shop around for essential plans and know close to nothing about others.

I am an international citizen and nonresident and thus don't qualify for Medicaid.

Any ideas?
