New PCP put down my annual wellness visit as ADHD due to medication history

I went to a new doctor for an annual wellness visit as it’s a requirement for my health insurance. Specifically told them the reason for the visit is an annual wellness exam. We went over medication history and this new doctor asked me if I take adderall for ADHD and obviously I said yes. Ive been seeing a psychologist separately for ADHD for years and they already had my medication history. Didn’t speak of it again and went on with the physical exam. He ordered standard preventative blood work which they took at the office and I was on my way.

I look at the visit summary on their portal and it says “ Reason for visit: ADHD” in big bold letter. And “metabolic panel and lipid tests for ADHD” They put the diagnosis as ADHD and are claiming that’s the reason for the visit and the diagnosis he gave me! He is not even licensed to prescribe that medication and that diagnosis doesn’t even make sense for blood tests. I’m calling tomorrow to get them to change it to a preventative diagnosis. If they don’t the insurance will deny it. Should I expect any push back??
